Refund & Return Policy

At Bee Armor, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our protective beekeeping gear. Our goal is to ensure you shop with confidence knowing that your purchase is protected. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing & Manufacturing

Once an order is placed, it is processed within 24 hours and sent for manufacturing. Because each suit is carefully crafted, our policies differ depending on the stage of your order:

  • Returns within 14 days – We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If the return is due to a defect on our part, you may request either a full refund or an exchange (your choice).
  • Custom or personalized items – Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement – Eligible for a 100% refund.
  • After 48 Hours – Once your order enters the crafting stage, a 15% non-refundable fee will be retained, with the balance refunded.
  • Change of Mind After Delivery – If you decide not to keep your order after receiving it, 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective suit:

  • Full Refund – You may opt for a complete refund (excluding shipping).
  • Exchange (Recommended) – We can replace your suit immediately, with your request receiving top priority in our fulfillment queue.

Note: Photos of the damaged item may be required for verification.

 

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or model? No problem.

  • Request an Exchange – Contact our team at support@beearmor.com.
  • Approval – We’ll review your request and provide next steps.
  • Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs plus a $15 handling and repackaging fee.

 

Return Conditions & Limitations

  • Incorrect Size Selection – Items ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for a refund. Please review our detailed Size Guide before placing your order.
  • Expedited Delivery – Fees paid for expedited shipping are non-refundable if the order arrives within the guaranteed timeframe.
  • Incorrect Address – Returns will not be accepted if delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Customs Delays – Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
  • Final Sale Items – Discounted or clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

 

Easy Return Instructions

  • Contact Us First – Email support@beearmor.com for return approval before shipping your item back.
  • Secure Packaging – Ensure your suit is packed safely to avoid damage during return transit.
  • Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

 

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
