Hello and welcome to our Shipping Policy! At Bee Armor, we understand that timely and reliable delivery is essential for every beekeeper. That’s why we’ve made our process simple, transparent, and eco-conscious so you can shop with confidence.

Delivery Schedule

Please note that the delivery timelines below are based on working days only. Courier companies do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, so these days are not included in the delivery schedule. Orders are only delivered from Monday to Friday.

Order Processing Time

Every Bee Armor suit goes through careful preparation and quality checks before leaving our facility. This process takes approximately 9–14 working days to ensure your gear is strong, reliable, and ready for the hive.

Estimated Transit Time

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes around 5–6 working days to reach your doorstep. If you select our Express 7-Days Delivery Service, please note this means 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). In total calendar days, your parcel typically arrives within 9–10 days.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship Bee Armor suits to beekeepers across the globe. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. In line with our sustainability values, all orders are shipped in strong, eco-friendly packaging that is completely plastic-free and recyclable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs clearance rules vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control. If your order incurs customs duties, taxes, or import fees, these must be paid by you (the customer).

Bee Armor does not cover these charges. If customs duties are refused and the parcel is returned or disposed of, you may apply for a refund; however, please note that 35% of your payment will be non-refundable to cover handling and shipping costs.

As part of our mission to protect both beekeepers and the planet, Bee Armor uses only eco-friendly materials in its packaging. We have eliminated all plastic, and using fabric packaging to reduce waste and support a greener future.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete street address, including house or unit number and street name, when placing your order.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way. If you face any issues with delays or tracking, our friendly support team is here to assist you.
